Adwapa Donkoh is a project management professional with an extensive background in varied roles within the not for profit and public sector. Her experiences program support, budget management and analysis, strategic planning and project management allows her to lead, thrive, and function in multiple roles. Adwapa worked as a Financial Analyst with Boston Public Schools (BPS) where she provided planning and analysis for the development, implementation and monitoring of the BPS operating budget. In addition, she managed all aspects of budget and finance for 30 schools and 10 central offices, ensuring that budgets are balanced, meet and contractual and legal requirements are aligned to the district’s strategy and vision. Her most recent. accomplishments include consulting with small businesses in Ghana on strategic management and working to improve and expand their current services using pragmatic data analysis.   Adwapa holds a B.A. major in Economics with a minor in Management and Organization from Spelman College in Atlanta. She also earned a Masters degree in Public Policy from American University, School of Public Affairs in Washington D.C and holds a Portfolio, Program and Project Offices Management (P30) certification.
